Pricing reflects a 12-month lease term and includes electricity, gas, water, sewer, and trash.

Required One Time Fees (Due At Application): 
Application Fee: $13 
Holding Fee: $99 

Required One Time Fees (Due At Move-In): 
Standard Security Deposit: $300 

The holding fee will become part of the security deposit if the application is approved, and the applicant takes possession of the unit.

Pets: $300 refundable deposit, $50/month pet rent
Internet: $45/month
Washer/Dryer Rental: $40/month
Carport Parking: $40/month
