Yes! Sierra on 66 participates in the Housing Tax Credit affordable housing program. Household maximum income limits and all full-time student household limitations apply.
What utilities are included in rent?
The monthly rent amount includes electricity, water, sewer, and trash!
What utilities does the resident pay for?
The only utility residents are responsible for is internet – which is optional!
What is Sierra on 66’s pet policy, including fees and breed restrictions?
Sierra on 66 allows a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home. For each pet, we require a $300 refundable pet deposit and $50 monthly pet rent. The following breeds are not permitted in our community: Akitas, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Huskies, Malamutes, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, and Wolf-Hybrids.
